Terms of Service - DealGrid

1. Acceptance

DealGrid is operated by Shaocheng Liu. By accessing or using DealGrid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; the updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Service Description

DealGrid provides marketing tools for Amazon creators and affiliates, including but not limited to: Link in Bio creation and management, short links, product library, copy and image generation, social posting and scheduling, and analytics. Features may change with product updates.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your account and password and for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use to us. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect violation or for security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to comply with applicable laws. You must not: use the Service for fraud, infringement, malware or illegal content; abuse systems or APIs (e.g. scraping, excessive requests); disrupt other users or our infrastructure; or violate third-party policies such as the Amazon Associates program. We may suspend or terminate service without refund for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its interface, design, copy, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Content you create (e.g. pages, product info) is yours; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to provide and improve the Service. You must ensure your content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider Paddle. You agree to Paddle's terms and local payment laws. Subscription terms and prices are as shown at purchase; we may change future prices with notice. After cancellation, you are downgraded to free at the end of the current billing period; fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fit-for-purpose service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription or disable your account at any time in account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, prolonged inactivity, or for compliance and security. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data per our retention policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are in the EU or similar, you retain mandatory consumer rights. Disputes should first be resolved through support; if unresolved, they may be submitted to our designated arbitration or courts.
