Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to DealGrid paid subscription (digital product). Payments are processed by our provider Paddle; refunds are handled under this policy and Paddle's applicable rules.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of purchase. If the service does not meet your expectations in this period, you may request a refund and we will process a full refund to the original payment method. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of that subscription, not to renewals or subsequent purchases.

3. Cancelling Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings or via Paddle's customer portal. After cancellation, you continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; then your account is downgraded to free. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period; if you are within the 14-day refund window and meet the conditions above, submit a refund request separately.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@dealgrid.pro with your order number. This is the only designated channel for refund requests. We will process your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle to your original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider, typically 5–14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Except where required by law, we generally do not refund: purchases older than 14 days; non-first-time subscriptions that do not meet any other stated refund conditions; accounts terminated for breach of terms; or where you have already received equivalent compensation.

6. Currency and Fees

Refunds are in the original payment currency; any conversion is per the payment provider or Paddle rules. We do not charge a refund fee; any fee from the payment provider or bank is between you and them.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date. Changes do not affect refund rights you had before the change.
