Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: April 27, 2026
DealGrid allows users to request deletion of data connected to their Instagram integration. This page explains what Instagram and Meta-related data may be stored and how users can remove or request deletion of that data.
What Data We May Store
- Instagram Business or Creator account ID and username
- Encrypted Instagram OAuth access tokens
- Instagram media and post IDs
- Comment IDs, commenter usernames, and comment text
- Auto-reply rules created by the user
- Reply logs and automation event records
How To Delete
- Log in to DealGrid.
- Go to Dashboard > Instagram Settings.
- Click Disconnect Instagram to remove the active Instagram connection.
- You may also remove DealGrid from Instagram or Facebook Apps and Websites.
- To request full deletion of Instagram automation data, contact support at support@dealgrid.pro.
What Happens After Deletion
- We remove the stored Instagram connection and locally stored Meta access tokens.
- All of your keyword auto-reply rules are automatically disabled. Rule definitions are kept so you can re-enable them after reconnecting; you can also delete them manually.
- We stop processing new Instagram comment events for the disconnected account.
- We delete or anonymize Instagram automation data where legally and operationally possible.
- Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
